Telepresence - Whats the fuss all about??

“Is Telepresence robot really that big a deal?”

“It’s just a Computer with Skype on wheels!!!”

“No one will ever buy this!!”

These are the most common thoughts of people I have talked to about this idea. Initially even I had the same thinking. And why not, it does not make sense to spend thousands of dollars on a Computer with Wheel…what the heck it’s not ever a complete computer, it just has one application (app), that of telepresence or remote-presence.
